Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, optional company and phone, project details and the documents you upload so the service can work.

Project documents are private by default. Exact street addresses are only shown to contractors who submit a bid. Bid amounts and bidder identities stay sealed until the owner is allowed to view them.

We send account and project emails you need. Monthly promotional emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

We never sell your personal information. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never stored in readable form.
