Terms of Service

OnlyBidder connects private residential and commercial project owners with contractors through sealed bidding. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information and to use the site in good faith.

Project owners

Plan, project and contract holders post for free. Review and compare your bids at no charge after bidding closes. Bids stay sealed until the bid deadline. Owners must post real projects they intend to award.

Contractors

Contractors and bidders: $19.99 per project, or $39.99/month for unlimited bidding. Current license and insurance requirements still apply. Contractors must submit bids they are prepared to honor. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation retains access through the paid month. One prior $19.99 project purchase is credited toward the first monthly bill; project access remains valid until its deadline. Existing bids remain submitted after monthly access ends. Live payments require completed setup.
